The staff was affable and we would come back for sure. It was a very very good stay for one night. The hotel was set in a central area really close to Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst Gardens, Batemans and the lovely Scotney Castle, the coast for a trip to the beach, such as Camber Sands and Batemans. Food was good and delightful, we loved it.

The staff was lovely and great and check in was efficient. Got the same double room booked online with kitchen, the fridge, for instance. The breakfast had a wide array of gorgeous food and drinks.

First-class amenities, perfect and perfectly comfortable setting.

We had a great experience at the Forest Edge Motel. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a little one, with enough room to comfortably accommodate us all. Despite our late arrival, all the beds were made and the sofa bed was pulled out and made, which was a pleasant surprise. The motel provided everything we could possibly need for our impromptu visit, including kitchen facilities with pans and cutting boards, as well as a variety of breakfast options such as juice, mini cereal packets, milk, bread. Toiletries were also provided in the bathroom, and the addition of a fan was much appreciated during the hot weather. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions like Bedgebury Forest, Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst Gardens, Batemans, and Scotney Castle. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel was placed in the central location in upstairs area. The best thing was how affable and outstandingly accommodating the staff were.

Some of the staff were kind of rude.

Great property, has amiable staff with a request for extra bedding very speedily. Perfect breakfast with nice bread, jam plus coffee/tea - well worth the money. Nice, ideal location well located for places of interest in the surrounding area.

Suited us for an overnight stay, unbeatable location close to Bedgebury Forest or Bewl Water, and a nice friendly pub with a very nice salmon.

Beds were not very comfortable in this place.

The room was good sized, practical, it had an electric kettle, a microwave, and a sofa bed. A bath was large and everything was amazing. This hotel was located in a central area very close to Bedgebury Forest or Bewl Water. The staff and the owner were all very very helpful and fairly friendly.

The room was practical and comfortable plus it had a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. They served perfect and exceptionally nice breakfast, it included slices of fresh bread and cereal.

The hotel staff was accommodating and very pleasant. The room was well-kept with a comfortable bed and in the mezzanine making excellent use of space.

The breakfast meal was nice with jam and coffee/tea.

The location of this place is ideal, with a short walk to various attractions such as Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst Gardens, Batemans, and the beautiful Scotney Castle.
